At the Atchafalaya Welcome Center I found the perfect place to enjoy my salad in peace...
And as I was photographing my salad, a large, spotless ladybug flew into my face and landed next to the salad...
It was an extraordinarily good omen under the circumstances.
Then, while throwing out my trash, I encountered a second, similar ladybug.
