From nopales in the park to nopales on the plate... Kate was eager to try one of my favorite Mexican dishes, nopales con huevos, or cactus with eggs. So I took her to La Fuente in Soledad, which has lots of character...Waiting patiently, with Pancho Villa hovering in the background...Too much food?
