rice cake french toast

Sometimes Kate has been known to prepare rice cake french toast, which tastes a lot like regular french toast but is chewier.

    how do you make it? my brother and sister are allergic to wheat/gluten and corn

      dip the rice cake in a beaten egg and fry/brown in butter. add honey or agave nectar or syrup on top if desired.
