Sometimes while wandering around Paso Robles, you stumble upon a fabulous coffee shop you didn't even know existed called the Amsterdam Coffee House.
What was it about this place? Some combination of location and design and genuine coziness... A long sunken space with half open doors and windows nearly at street level.
