The eastern hub of the park, Tuolumne Meadows, is where the Pacific Crest Trail intersects Tioga Road (route 120). It's a place where PCT through hikers, as well as intrepid rock climbers, can stop at the Meadow Grill for such hearty fare as vegetarian chili and french fries. That's what we had, and it wasn't half bad.
