Sometimes you arrive in Florida at night and it is cold. Specifically you arrive in Panama City. Then you go to a "nearby" Thai restaurant called Oishi (I say "nearby" because the town is ridiculously spread out). Anyway, the food is good except that one dish is drenched in fish sauce.
