Sometimes for Labor Day weekend, instead of returning to Lake Tahoe, you explore Silicon Valley, and it is surprisingly rewarding. Working our way north through Sunnyvale and Mountain View, we then checked out Palo Alto, home of Stanford University. After exploring the campus, we dined at the University Coffee Cafe...
...and lodged at Dinah's Garden Hotel.
