These condominiums located between the Mandarin Oriental and the Aria Resort & Casino represent a whole new phase of design for Las Vegas: a step away from the flashy and over-the-top toward the cutting edge of pleasingly modern boutique chic. A good move in my book -- if there has to be a Las Vegas, let it be a showcase of all the great things that architecture can do.
