We spent a perfectly delightful night in the perfectly delightful town of Springdale, UT, which is nestled in the heart of "Canyon Country". As the gateway to Zion National Park it's loaded with shops, restaurants, galleries, and comfortable lodging. We stayed at this over-sized but pleasant La Quinta Inn, and good dinner was found at Zion Pizza & Noodle Co., housed in an eighty year old former Mormon church.
