Plaine

Sometimes you drive through the misty mountains to the small town of Alpine, TX and ask if there is a good coffee shop, and learn that in fact there is a very good coffee shop called Plaine. So you go there and learn that the coffee shop shares the former service station with a laundromat, and this reminds you of a similar laundromat/coffee shop in Marfa, which you then learn is run by the same people.
