The other river cruise we did was the Tarcoles River. This time the focus was on birds and crocodiles... the latter of which blended in so much with the muddy riverbanks that you could barely see them...
...except when they were pointed out, like this juvenile (below) resting on a branch.
Very interesting to see them moving about on land. I am used to seeing alligators, almost always in the water.
