We did finally find a motel in Marfa. This is the view from the door...
We also found food, which was VERY good, at a little place called Squeeze.

We might have eaten at a number of other places had they been open or possible to locate. Squeeze was situated near the city's other landmark, the El Paisano Hotel, perhaps the finest of the lovely, historic, "u-shaped" hotels we encountered in Texas.
