Manuel Antonio is one of Costa Rica's most popular national parks. The part we explored was a tropical paradise in the form of a small peninsula (or what the French call "Presqu'isle" - "almost an island") with sandy beaches on both sides. The cove above was perfect for swimming. The other side, below, is just a few short steps away.
wondering how to pronounce that French word for "almost an island" - I like the idea of it!
